3.2 Don'ts

• Create a false identity or misrepresent your identity or professional qualifications
• Create a member profile for anyone other than yourself
• Use or attempt to use another member's account
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including sending unwelcome communications
• Scrape or copy profiles and information of others through any means
• Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Post anything containing software viruses or malicious code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Share confidential information obtained through the platform without consent

7.3 Member Disputes

GENEZEZ is not responsible for disputes between members. You release GENEZEZ from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GENEZEZ. GENEZEZ has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore, India.
